- Sayed Baker Added December 14, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Minimum wait time is 30 minutes, reception staff needs customer service training, some of them are very rude and not approachable.
This practice doesn't even have enough sitting capacity to accommodate the people waiting.
Reception area is almost half of the floor - yet only one staff is busy on the phone or service the queue... they could fit in more chairs and have the second staff answer on the phone during the busy time.
