Stood at the counter waiting to order for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from staff that we were standing there and when finally served not even a "sorry for the wait". Then when our order was ready sitting on the counter we had to ask if it was ours as the girl just walked away without saying who's order it was. The only polite efficient young staff member is Tyler
