  This review is for Victoria Sharp who provided exemplary and awesome service as property manager is aspects of tenant liaison, property maintenance & repairs as well as bill payment. Victoria is an excellent communicator with a naturally comforting voice. No matter how big the problem, I found her to come up with great solution. I believe her ability to effectively consult with all stakeholders and follow correct process and documentation is due to her extensive experience in the industry as well as a thorough professional approach. Victoria played a vital role in preparing preparing the property for sale and ensuring timely and accurate communication with all parties. As an interstate client, I appreciated Victoria's support in looking after my property and give me the value for money and much needed peace of mind. I wish Victoria Sharp all the best for her future endeavours and great success in the industry.

  I am commenting on behalf of a friend who engaged the services of this company to manage her residential property investment. The property manager did not ensure the tenants completed a satisfactory lease end handover. The property was returned with damage caused by the tenant and was not clean. When asked about the bond to cover these costs the managing agent claimed they returned it to the tenant. After my friend asked me to look over the lease for her I found that the bond amount was not even filled in. The agent was asked to confirm the bond amount collected and to provide a receipt ledger. They responded with the request was unusual and that was all, nothing has been provided, no questions answered. I have followed up on a number of occasions and have just been ignored. They have not provided basic records such as bond amount, ledger, date notice was given to vacate, date of vacation, final Inspection etc. Something is not right here. We are now in the process of finalising a complaint with Fair Trading and making a claim for damages. This is extremely unprofessional and their inability to be transparent with their transactions raises alarm bells.

  Had a great experience with Ozair in buying my 1st home who offered options for a better deal which not a lot of agents do these days, this is a plus factor for me. I had an over-all outstanding experience with him from the beginning until we moved in. Thank you for all your help and support in the process. All the best mate! :)

  Amer has helped us get a great house to live in at Macarthur Heights, which is a great locality with terrific neighbours. He has been pro-active and cooperative in attending to our house-needs in many ways including agreeing to installation of an additional Air-con duct, getting in touch with the electricity distribution company & other nitty-gritties.
  Overall, Amer has performed in an exemplary manner.
